Cinnamon French Toast Protein Cookies



1.5 scoop MuscleXP 100% Whey Protein – Double Rich Chocolate
1 Tbsp peanut butter
1 Tbsp unsweetened applesauce
3 Tbsp stevia sweetener
2 Tbsp egg whites
1/2 Tsp vanilla extract
4 Tbsp whole wheat flour
1/4 Tsp baking soda
1/4 Tsp sea salt
1/4 Tsp cream of tartar
1/4 Tsp cinnamon


  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Spray baking sheet with nonstick spray.
  3. In a mixing bowl, stir all wet ingredients together until mixed. Add in the dry ingredients until combined (don’t over-mix).
  4. Place dough on the baking sheet in a tall ball or break up into 2-3 smaller balls. Sprinkle topping mixture on the dough balls.
  5. The entire recipe makes one giant cookie or 2-3 smaller cookies if you prefer to share. Bake for 15 minutes for one XL cookie or 10-12 if you’re baking 2-3.
  6. Allow to cool and enjoy!
